We’re excited to announce that for Christmas 2025, Rolling Hills will again feature an original Christmas stage play titled Grandad’s Christmas.
When two estranged sisters learn that their father has had a stroke, they and their families immediately head home for Christmas. Once under the same roof, teenage angst, family secrets and misunderstandings collide in a series of hilarious events and startling revelations. Ultimately everyone learns that not all is as it appears. Preconceived ideas and judgmental attitudes give way to love and reconciliation.

DONATIONS
Donations will be received for Northwest Children’s Outreach. Please bring pajamas, winter hats, gloves, puzzles, games, socks or underwear to the show nights to donate.
VOLUNTEER
Help us make it even better by volunteering to serve at the 2025 Christmas Drama: Grandad’s Christmas. There many opportunities to serve and support this great event.
All volunteers that are 18+ must complete a background check and be approved before serving
Must be able to come by the listed times for that position – no exceptions.
Volunteer Opportunities are as follows:
Ticket Scanner: Ticket Scanners are responsible to using devices to scan attendees tickets at the door. Training on the devices will be provided on show day – some technology skills are required.
Concessions: Volunteers will work with the cafe manager to sell coffee, bottle water, and treats. Some volunteers will man the registers, while others will run purchased items to the counter, and others will make the drip coffee. Training will be provided on show day. High school students may volunteer for this role.
Security: Volunteers will be responsible for monitoring closed off areas, crowd control, and over all safety of the cast, crew, staff and attendees. Must be SERT approved to serve in this role.*
Usher: Ushers will be responsible for helping people find seats in the Worship Center. This is a reserved seating event, so you will be training on the seating chart system. Patience and good communication skills required for this role.
Ticket Sales: Volunteers will help sell tickets through the ticketing website and help people pick their seats when they check out. Good organizational, communication and technology skills required.
Childcare: Volunteers will help watching children, while parents enjoy the show. This is only offered at the matinee show on Sunday, so this is a great opportunity to show some love to our young families!
