DivorceCare | Surviving the Holidays

After separation or divorce, your Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays won’t look the same as they used to. Traditions change. Some family members won’t be there. Social gatherings can feel stressful. DivorceCare Surviving the Holidays is a 2-hour seminar that includes a video, sharing time, and a “Survival Guide” filled with tips and encouragement for managing the holidays after separation and divorce.

Family Promise of Tualatin Valley is a nonprofit that serves homeless children by helping their families regain housing and independence. Individual family plans are developed with a FPTV case manager to help families identify and connect with services specific to their needs with permanent housing being the priority. Rolling Hills is a part of their network of religious and civic organizations that provide shelter, meals and resource assistance; specifically, the Rolling Hills campus is home to their Day Center.

Visit familypromiseoftv.org for more information.

At First Image, we work according to the way of Jesus to create places in the world where moms and dads can find a way forward to give abundant life to their children, and to foster renewal for those that have experienced abortion and pregnancy loss (including miscarriage and stillbirth).
